Shipping
We ship within the USA using the USPS and process Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship on National Holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 days for processing of your order. Please allow for possible delays from the postal service.
Return and Refund Policy
- By using this website you agree to abide by our policies.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service at info@MyOpalima.com within 1 week of delivery. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and require a return of the unused product. The customer is responsible for return shipping and it will not be reimbursed.
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days before appearing on your statement once the return is processed.
- Items marked as final sale, partial return of gift sets and free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
- Final sales items, promotional items or items in gift sets cannot be returned.
