1-on-1 Video Consultations

The Site may allow the User to use video consultation facilities through automated tools for direct consultation with a beauty consultant or both. Using the service your camera will allow automated devices to connect to both beauty consultants or live consultations. Video counseling is a live experience and is not recorded.  All participants are required and expected to conduct themselves in a professional, non-derogatory or inflammatory manner.

During a face-to-face consultation with a beauty consultant the beauty consultant can answer your questions on recommended products.

By using the video service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with their provisions including provisions regarding user conduct.

Eligibility

You represent to the Site that (a) you are of legal age (over the age of 13) in your jurisdiction of residence (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site (c) you do not have more than one (1) account at any time; (d) If you register for an account and/or order (defined below) you will only provide us with accurate current and complete information.
